Kamalbhai vs State

(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) The petitioner is directed to add four schools whose advertisements have been annexed to this application as party respondents to this application and notice be issued upon those schools returnable on March 29, 2012.

In the meantime, the State respondent is directed to come up with an affidavit disclosing their policy decision in respect of those private schools.
