Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Aligarh, i.e., respondent no. 1 to decide the restoration application in Revision No. 165/2018 pending in the court of Deputy Director of Consolidation, Aligarh.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Aligarh, i.e., respondent no.
1 is directed to decide the aforesaid restoration application within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid restoration application.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
