In view of explanation rendered and details about the crimes committed by the husband of the Rekhaben in the backdrop of the FIR and the offence is registered under Section 302 of the Code, at this stage, it cannot be said that any harassment is meted out to the husband of Rekhaben.

However, Rekhaben, wife of the petitioner is not to be subjected to undue harassment except her statement is necessary for the purpose of investigation in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid, this petition is rejected.
