This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned first information report dated 15.06.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 278 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act, P.S.- Bhawan Bahadur Nagar, District- Bulandshahr.
At the very outset, learned AGA apprised to the Court that in the present matter final report has already been submitted on 31.8.2021.
Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press the present writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
