Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. L.B. Dabhi on instructions submits that the present applicants have preferred a quashing petition wherein interim relief was granted and investigation is stayed by the order passed by this Court.
In view of the above, learned Advocate for the applicants does not press the application at this stage.
Hence, this application is disposed of as not pressed. Rule discharged. However, it is made clear that if an occasion arises, the applicants are at liberty to file a fresh application for bail which shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by any order/s of this Court.
