1. The applicant has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief/direction:-
"(A) An order may be passed for fixing forthwith the date of final hearing of Special Civil Application No.17192 of 2011."
2. It is noticed that the petition in connection with which the request is made has been filed in the year 2011 and the petition came to be admitted under order dated 25.11.2011.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid aspects and considering the relief and directions prayed for in the main matter, the office is directed to list the main matter being Special Civil Application No.17192 of 2011 in the cause list of final hearing on 16.03.2012.
4. With the aforesaid clarifications and directions the application is disposed of accordingly.
