This criminal revision has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned judgment and order dated 22.2.2018 passed by the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.7, Varanasi in Complaint Case No. 2739 of 2012, Chhote Lal Rajbhar versus Kallu and others, under Sections 323, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Sarnath, District Varanasi.
Heard learned counsel for the revisionists, learned AGA and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the revisionists has not been able to point out any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness much less than any abuse of the court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned order. The impugned order reflects judicial application of mind. The facts and circumstances of the case have been gone into by the court in right perspective. The findings are quite liberal that have been given and no further correction in the same is called for.
The revision lacks merit and is dismissed.
