Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal,J.
1. Sri M.M.Sahai, learned counsel for petitioner, states that he has no instructions in the matter. No other counsel has appeared on behalf of petitioner though the case is called in revise.
2. By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:
"i. to issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the record of the case and quash the impugned order dt. 23.8.2002 (Annexure-4) to the writ petition.
ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to recover any amount from the petitioner salary."
3. However, I have gone through the pleadings, grounds as also reliefs sought and find that petitioner is not able to make out a case so as to justify interference of this Court by granting relief, as prayed for.
4. Moreover, it appears that either the cause of action no more survives or that petitioner has lost interest in this matter or it has otherwise become infructuous.
5. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
