This writ petition has been filed seeking direction for expeditious disposal of proceedings under Rule 109 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules, which is stated to be pending since the year 2017. However, copy of the complete order sheet of the proceedings sought to be expedited has not been filed.
The writ petition is therefore, dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition annexing thereto the complete order sheet of the proceedings sought to be expedited.
