This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the victim challenging the FIR lodged by her mother, respondent no.3 stating therein that the petitioner/victim has been kidnapped by respondents 4 to 8.
In our opinion, this writ petition at the behest of the petitioner/victim Smt. Kajal is not maintainable.
