Heard learned counsel for the parties.
After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied in the event, the petition be disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take remedy by filing an appropriate election petition before the Election Tribunal.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
