JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
Raval, learned APP upon instruction being received from Police Constable Mr. Bhupendra Singh, who has come with the report of Investigating Police Officer states that the Investigating Police Officer Mr. R. K. Kumbharvadiya is on leave for couple of days and seeks time tendering communication dated 13/4/2012. The communication dated 13/4/2012 shall be retained on record and matter be listed on 19/4/2012 with the specific direction that the concerned Investigating Police Officer shall personally remain present before this Court along with the relevant investigation papers.
