Present application has been filed by the applicant seeking clarification of order dated 05/05/2008 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.5673 of 2008. Prayer made in para-4(A) of the application also refers to such clarification of the order dated 05/05/2008 passed by coordinate bench (Coram:H. N. Devani, J.) in Criminal Misc. Application No.5673 of 2008. Therefore, registry is directed to place the matter before the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice for appropriate orders.
