When the application is called out and taken up for hearing, learned advocate Mr. Rao is not present. Learned advocate Ms. Yajnik for the Official Liquidator has tendered report in response to the application with clarification that copy thereof is not served to the learned advocate for the applicant. On the condition that that the Official Liquidator will supply copy of report to the learned advocate for applicant, hearing of the application is adjourned to 16/02/2012.
