Jwala Kumar, Advocate for R2) This Criminal Petition is filed u/s 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to quash the entire proceedings in PCR No.58/2013 on the file of the Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.) and JMFC, Belur and the same has been registered by the Police of Belur P.S. in Crime No. 247/2013 for the offences P/U/S 420 and 498(A) r/w 34 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of D.P.Act.
