JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2016 for issuance of 'NOC' for the lands in S.F.Nos.213/1A, 213/1B & 213/1H, Kannampalayam Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District.
2. Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2016 for issuance of 'NOC', the 1st respondent has not issued the same yet.
3. Mr.M. Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2016 for issuance of 'NOC' in respect of the petitioner's land and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
