JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Ere Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to grant permission to him to conduct the cultural program on 09.06.2017 in Mariamman Festival, at Pulikkal Village, Elankalapatti P.O., Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District in a grand manner by considering his representation dated 02.06.2017.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the respondent on 02.06.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 09.06.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today.
4. A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017, by order dated 03.03.2017, in similar circumstances, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner therein and dispose of the same.
5. Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 08.06.2017.
With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
