JUDGMENT / ORDER

Though the Petitioner has come up with this Revision petition against order of the Family Court granting Maintenance amount, he submitted that he would be satisfied if a direction is given to the Sub Court, Tambaram to dispose of H.M.O.P No. 14 of 2008 at the earliest.
2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction is issued to the Sub Court, Tambaram to dispose of H.M.O.P. No. 14 of 2008 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
