Heard Sri K. Raghupati, petitioner appeared in person and the learned counsel for the respondents.
We have perused the relief as sought in the present habeas corpus writ petition and we have also gone through the averments as made in the present writ petition.
We have no doubts that the habeas corpus writ petition is totally misconceived and devoid of merits. The petitioner has failed to make out any case before this Court with regard to his locus for filing the present habeas corpus writ petition. Perusal of the record also shows that the petitioner has already approached to Hon'ble Apex Court which is pending as on date.
However, after arguing at some length, the petitioner, who appeared in person, has made a statement at the Bar that present habeas corpus writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn, as it has been filed under some misconception of law and on wrong advise.
Accordingly, the instant habeas corpus writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
