2. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for the following relief:
“Direct the respondent to release of the security deposit and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to the petitioner in connection with the work order vide Annexure-A by issuing a Writ of Mandamus.”
3. On perusal of the record and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the grievance of the petitioner with regard to the release of security deposit and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) by a speaking order within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order passed today.
Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
