JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by RAJIV SHAKDHER,J. ]
1. In our order dated 23.10.2017, we expressed a view that the respondents should consider the request of the petitioner for grant of leave to the detenue, albeit, for a minimum period of four (4) weeks, since the detenue was not only getting married but also required medical treatment.
2. Today, the matter is listed for compliance. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has placed before us a communication dated 08.11.2017, addressed to him by Mr.M. Senthilkumar, Superintendent of Prisons, Central Prison, Coimbatore. A perusal of the communication shows that leave for a period of four (4) weeks has been sanctioned in favour of the detenue/Mr.K. Rizwan Basha, Life Convict No.15707.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has further submitted that the period of four (4) weeks leave will commence from the date on which the detenue furnishes a personal bond for Rs.500/- along with two (2) sureties for Rs.500/- each.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor assures us that the police accompanying for the detenue will be dressed in civil clothes.
5. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, the petition is consigned to record.
