M.V.MURALIDARAN.J.,
vs Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that her client has sent a letter that already the petitioner has vacated and handed over the possession of the property. Therefore, the learned counsel for petitioner request permission to withdraw the civil revision petition. Therefore, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.
2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
