ORDER In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider the Annexure-A dated 18.03.2017 and take necessary action in time bound to be framed and directed by this Court.
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction that suitable action, if not already taken on the representation submitted by the petitioner, shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
