This writ petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the order dated in M.C.2916/2012 passed by and on the file of the VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru vide Annexure-C and direct the respondent to hand over the custody of the child Anya to the petitioner from evening of Friday till evening of Sunday every week and etc., This writ petition coming on for orders this day, the court made the following:
ORDER On 22.03.2018, this Court had granted four weeks’ time to comply with the office objections subject to the condition that the petition shall stand dismissed automatically, if the office objections are not complied with, within the time allotted. However, the office objections have not been complied with.
Therefore, the petition stands dismissed.
