Service is waived.

Considering the averments made in paragraphs 1 to 5 of the application and in view of the fact that the applicant has abide by the conditions imposed in the order dated 23.2.2011 enlarging her on bail, the prayer in terms of paragraph 6(B) is granted by deleting condition

(d) of the said order dated 23.2.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.1869 of 2011, namely, "mark her presence before the concerned police station on every 1st and 15th day of English Calendar month between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.";

Rule is made absolute accordingly.
