JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
Vibhuti Nanavati, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no. 1 makes a statement that the amount as directed by this Court has already been deposited on 07.02.2012. These applications were filed on 21.01.2012 but were not moved till today. In that view of the matter, considering the fact that the prayers made in the applications shall not survive any more, these applications are not entertained at this stage. Applications are accordingly rejected.
