After some argument, counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to either seek scrutiny or apply for having a look at her answer sheets under Right to Information Act.
The prayer made is allowed. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the petitioner.
It is further provided that in case application is filed by the petitioner for being shown her answer sheets under Right to Information Act after complying with the requirements laid down in this regard, the respondents shall ensure that the answer books are shown to the petitioner within next ten days.
