1. Heard Mr. V.K. Shrama, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed seeking a direction upon the court below i.e. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Firozabad to application of the applicant dated 15th October, 2020 for summoning of opposite party no.2 in appropriate Sections in Case No. 3321 of 2020 (State Vs. Saurabh Raghav @ Vipin) arising out of Case Crime No. 36 of 2018, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 I.P.C. as also under Sections 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, District-Firozabad within stipulated time.
3. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State and perusing the materials brought on record as well as without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is disposed of by providing that the court below shall consider and decide the aforesaid application of the applicant, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
