By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 11, Fatehpur to decide the Case No. 1683 of 2016 (CNR-UP-FT-04-01854/2016) Jyoti Devi Vs. Abhimanyu and others, Police Station Bindki, District Fatehpur, expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 11, Fatehpur to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the applicant expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
