(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) This is virtually an application for modification of our order dated February 22, 2012 by which we passed an interim order till the disposal of the application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. It appears that in the said order, we directed release of imported consignment of Crude Palm Oil [edible grade] under four Bills of Entry indicated in the said order. By this application it is stated that although two other Bills of Entry, namely Bills of Entry No. 6012665 and 6012666, both dated February 15, 2012 were filed, those were not included in the said application due to typographical mistake.
We are told that application for amendment of the main petition is already filed. In such circumstances, we modify our order dated February 22, 2012 by including the aforesaid two additional Bills of Entry in para-4 of our order which is annexed at page-7 of this application. Our order dated February 22, 2012 is thus modified only to the extent indicated above.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
