This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19380/2016 dated
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the order of this Court, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19380/2016 dated 06.10.2016 has been complied with. He would further submit that as per the direction of this Court, petition enquiry was conducted and thereafter, it was closed, after serving a copy of the closure report to the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the closure report into the Court.
3. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
