This Court, by order dated 30.03.2016 in W.P.No.11709 of 2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2014 given by the petitioner with regard to grant of patta name transfer, and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 30.03.2016 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order dated 30.03.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent vide K:/K/01190/2017/Mrp, dated 07.08.2017, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the 1st respondent, he is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
