The prayer made in the writ petition is to decide the Case bearing No.T202014291001615 (Jokhani and another vs. Vidya Shankar and others), under Sections 32/38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously. This prayer was made on 23.11.2020 and it has been informed that thereafter petitioners' case was decided on 08.12.2020.
If the petitioner is aggrieved by that order, he may approach the appropriate forum.
With these observations, the writ petition is dismissed.
