The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Suit No.424/2010-11 (Computer Case No.T2018020302000905) (Johra Bibi Vs. Shyam Lal) under section 176 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 pending in the Court of Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Allahabad may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Suit No.424/2010-11 (Computer Case No.T2018020302000905) (Johra Bibi Vs. Shyam Lal) be decided within a period of eight months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
