Notice need not to be sent to the respondent no. 4, at this stage.
It is contended that application under Section 11 (2) of U.P. Imposition of Ceiling of Land Holdings Act, 1960 alongwith stay application filed by the petitioner in Case No. 00415 of 2021 (Computerized Case No. D-202105310000415) is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. Sole prayer of petitioner before this Court is for early disposal of the aforesaid proceedings.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, as such, respondent no. 2/Prescribed Authority (Ceiling), Goakhpur, is directed to decide the stay application in Case No. 00415 of 2021 (Computerized Case No. D- 202105310000415), in accordance with law, preferably within a period of next one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the website of the High Court, and, thereafter, proceedings under Section 11 (2) of the Act of 1960 be decided within next six months, after hearing all the parties concerned.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
