JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) The learned Counsel for the applicant pointed out that the Labour Court while disposing the Reference of the applicant-workman directed his reinstatement with continuity of service, but, without back-wages. Such award was challenged by the respondent before this Court in Special Civil Application No. 3073 of 2011. However, the same came to be dismissed by an order dated 10.03.2011. Despite this, respondents have not even reinstated the applicant-workman in service.
Hence, NOTICE, returnable on 9TH APRIL, 2012.
