Heard Mr.R.P.Bhatt, learned Senior Counsel appearing with Mr.Thakor for petitioners. Mr.Bhatt invited attention of the Court to the order impugned, more particularly page no.98, and also to the discrepancy about the number of Members and the liability of loan of about Rs.2 crores.
