At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to pay entire amount of recovery provided some respite in terms of installment may be given.
Learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection to such order being passed as ultimate justice to be done in the matter.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner is permitted to deposit half of the amount so sought to be recovered by 6th February, 2019 and the remaining half of the amount shall be paid by 6th March, 2019 and shall continue to pay monthly maintenance amount as ordered by the court below in the main case.
In case if the aforesaid directions are complied with, the recovery proceedings pursuant to the order dated 30th July, 2018 shall remain stayed.
It is further provided that this above protection is one time measure and in the event of default of payment as per the direction issued hereinabove, the interim protection granted under the order shall stand discharged and the court below shall proceed with the recovery.
