This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad to decide the Criminal Misc. Application No. 2671 of 2019, Jitendra Kumar versus Anuj and others, under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. P.S., Kavi Nagar, District Ghaziabad within a time bound frame as may be fixed by this Court.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
It has been made to appear that there is some application dated 7.6.2019 pending in the court below but no order has been passed upon the same so far.
In the absence of complete record this Court is not in a position to know the exact status of the case and the reason why the application has not yet been disposed of. However, this application stands disposed of with the direction that if there is some application pending in the court below and no orders have been passed upon the same, the court below may look into the same and will pass appropriate orders in accordance with law expeditiously as it may deem fit.
