Grievance of the petitioner is that persons who are junior to him on the post of Assistant Teacher, are drawing monthly salary of Rs. 60,400/- while petitioner is receiving salary at the rate of Rs.53,600/- per month only. It is stated that there is absolutely no justification for this discrimination and despite petitioner's repeated attempts, the authorities have not examined the grievance of the petitioner.
Sri S.K. Verma, learned counsel appear for the respondent states that the authority concerned shall look into the matter and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of, permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 in respect of his grievance, noticed above, alongwith certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today, annexing therewith all relevant materials in support of this claim. The authority concerned shall examine the claim of the petitioner by way of reasoned order, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
