Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
It is admitted by learned counsel for the parties that the controversy involved in the present matter is squarely covered vide judgment dated 07.10.2021 passed in Writ-A No. 8237 of 2020 (Bansh Narain Versus State of U.P. and others) and therefore, joint request has been made that this petition may be decided in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
In view thereof, the writ petition is allowed in terms of order dated 07.10.2021 passed in Writ-A No. 8237 of 2020 (Bansh Narain Versus State of U.P. and others). The impugned order dated 14 October 2020 passed by the third respondent, District Magistrate, Bhadohi, District Bhadohi, is set aside and quashed.
