1. Heard Sri Ram Prasad Yadav, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 138 of 2019, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and 66/66(Gh) of Information and Technology Act, Police Station Shahpur, District Gorakhpur.
3. There is specific allegation against applicant of committing fraud by appearing in online examination of CCC in place of another candidate. As per prosecution version this fact has been admitted by applicant. The offence is of serious in nature. Hence, looking to entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
