This petition for writ under Article 226 of Constitution of India is preferred with a prayer to quash the first information report bearing Case Crime No. 189 of 2018 pending investigation at Police Station Shahibabad, District Ghaziabad pertaining to offence punishable under Sections 174A I.P.C.
In view of the order dated 8th February, 2018 passed by Special Judge, POCSO Act/Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 7, Ghaziabad, nothing survives in this petition for writ. The present petition for writ is dismissed accordingly.
