Both this petition have arisen out of the order passed by the learned City Civil Judge in Civil Suits (CCC) No. 2172 of 2009 and 2173 of 2009.

Learned advocate Mr. Mishra has placed on record the order passed by the learned City Civil Judge on 31st March 2012. Both the suits of the plaintiff have been dismissed by a detailed order. This order is permitted to be brought on record Resultantly, this petitions having become infructous stands disposed of accordingly.
