(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Heard learned advocate Mr R. Santhanam with learned advocate Mr. H A Dave for the applicants. The present application is filed seeking amendment in the main matter. The prayer sought for is that -
11[a] To allow the amendment application and permit the Petitioner to incorporate the amendments and re-number the pages and paragraphs of the Petition and place the same on record for being heard and decided in accordance with law thereafter.
It is also prayed that -
11[b] To permit the Counter and Rejoinder already filed by both sides in SCA No. 736/2009 as the corresponding Counter and Rejoinder in the present case, as amended so that additional pleadings are not required again and the case can be proceeded with after incorporating amendments as prayed for.

After the same is received by the respective learned advocates for the contesting parties, they are granted time to file their reply on or before 22/3/2010. The main matter be listed on 25/3/2010.
