Originally, in this Appeal, on behalf of the appellant, learned advocate Mr. H.N. Zala appeared, but he is now no more and the appellant is not present before this Court nor he has engaged an advocate. Board shows that notice is duly served to the appellant.

In view of the above, office is directed to issue bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.1000/- (Rs. One Thousand only) against the appellant. The matter be listed for hearing on 19.3.2012.
