JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the stage of admission itself.
2. Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
3. Alleging some wrong entries in the UDR Revenue Records, with regard to the subject mentioned property, the petitioner has submitted several representations to correct the error and as the same failed to meet its fate at the hands of the authorities, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of his representation dated 22.09.2017, for which, the learned Special Government Pleader has no serious objections.
4. Considering the nature of relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the respondents, more particularly the first respondent, to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2017, on its own merit and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
