JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking for a direction upon the respondents 1 and 2 to produce her daughter, namely, Jeyasree, aged about 22 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. In order reconcile the dispute arose between the parties, we referred the matter for mediation in the forenoon.
3. After mediation, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the third respondent reported that the parties have arrived at a consensus and recorded it in writting and by which the detenue has agreed to go along with her mother based on certain conditions.
4. Therefore, we permit the detenue to go with her mother. In the event the detenue faces any problem, it is open to her to immediately approach the respondent - Police either by oral or written complaint for necessary relief and immediate action shal be taken on such complaint.
5. The habeas corpus petition is disposed of with the above observations.
