These writ petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India, praying to quash the entire proceedings in C.C.No.51757/2017 (Crime No.101/2016) dated 20.02.2017 for the offences punishable under Section 332, 353, 504 read with 34 of IPC, registered by the commercial Street Police Station, against the petitioners vide Annexure-C.

ORDER Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners intend to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach Jurisdictional Court to discharge and seeks leave of the Court.
