Jeramgar vs Bhuj

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) In view of the order of the Division Bench dated 21.2.2012, learned AGP Mr.N.J.Shah was directed to file appropriate report along with the affidavit of Chief Executive Authority of Bhuj Area Development Authority by next date.

He stated that by an oversight, he could not go through the said order. He assures that appropriate steps be taken in this regard.
